Eduardo Manso is responsible for Service Desk solution consultancy for the Fujitsu Technology Solutions in CEMEA&I (Central Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India) and is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Before taking on this consultancy rile in April 2010, Mr Manso was Senior Operations Manager for several pan-European Service Desks and prior to that, held the role of European Service delivery Manager for Global accounts.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Manso managed the Customer Services and Infrastructure Services in the Portuguese Business Unit for Fujitsu Services.
Mr. Manso holds a Bsc degree in Physics from the University of Porto, Portugal. After graduation he began his career as Lead Customer Support Engineer.
In 2003 Mr. Manso completed the ITIL foundation accreditation from British Computer School and in 2006 the ISO20000 Consultancy accreditation from itSMF UK. |
