President Ericsson Telecomunicações, Lda. Graduated from the Technical University in Vienna, Austria and did his post-graduate management course at the University of Economics in Vienna.
Hans-Erhard served as Managing Director of a privately held datacom company in Austria, was Vice President Multi-Service-Access at Ericsson Austria and later Director of Sales and Marketing for Multi-Service-Access at Ericsson’s headquarters in Sweden where he later took the responsibility for Ericsson’s fixed network business in China.
Between 1995 and 2001 Hans-Erhard Reiter served on the Board of Directors and from 1996 to 2001 as President and Chairman of the DSL Forum, a world-wide industry association developing standards for and promoting the use of Digital Subscriber Line technology – today in use in over 200 million installations around the world providing broadband access.
In 2000 Hans-Erhard Reiter moved to Lisbon, Portugal where he initially assumed the role of Director Marketing & Business Development at Ericsson, a role he later assumed for the Iberian Peninsula before taking the responsibility as President of Ericsson Telecomunicações, Lda in Portugal in 2006.
Hans-Erhard Reiter also serves on the Board of APDC (Associação Portuguesa para o Desenvolvimento das Comunicações) and is President of the Portuguese-Swedish Chamber of Commerce, he is member of the Advisory Board of the Department of Electro-technical Engineering and Computers of the IST (Technical University in Lisbon), Vice President of the General Assembly of Inova-Ria, and is member of the Advisory Board of ACIST (Associação Empresarial de Comunicações). |
