Maria de Jesus Leonardo has a graduate degree in Engineering: Electronics and Telecommunication from IST and is responsible for Service Management Department in Sogrupo, SI, which includes the main ITIL Process - Service Desk, Change Management, Configuration Management, Problem Management and Service Management.
Also includes the Disaster Recovery implementation projects and the maintenance of solutions for CGD Group.
Before taking on this function, she was responsible for the electronic channels from the Bank i.e. Internet and Telephone Banking. |
