Marielle is currently Director Product Management for CRM On Demand and Social CRM in EMEA at Oracle. In this role she is responsible for expanding Oracle's leadership in CRM by providing direction on product development, consultation on optimizing business processes and supporting customer engagements. She joined Oracle through the acquisition of Siebel where she had been since 2000. Marielle held various positions in presales at both Oracle and Siebel and has built great knowledge of customer interaction and the associated business processes over the years. Prior to joining Siebel Marielle worked for a number of consulting companies. She has more than 10 years experience in the IT Industry. Marielle has a Master of Science degree in food technology. |
