Steven Plimsoll, Vice President, Europe Multi-Channel Marketing Services, Acxiom

Steve is responsible for Acxiom's multi channel marketing business in Europe where leads the integration and evolution of all of Acxiom’s marketing solutions including; digital, email, mobile, display, television and direct.

With more than 10 years experience of designing and implementing end-to-end, multi-channel, cross-border marketing, CRM, e-commerce and disruptive technology projects, his deep understanding of business intelligence design and analytics, and a keen awareness of how business, creative and technical concepts intertwine to create successful business solutions gives Steve a unique insight into not only architecting but also delivering transformational market leading solutions.

Steve joined us FutureBrand where he was the global head of digital and was responsible for driving digital channel / technology innovation within client's brand strategies to deliver the most relevant and personalized user experiences. In addition to this Steve worked with clients on the legacy business processes and technology platforms to ensure that the desired solutions could not only be delivered but also provided significant return on investment and ongoing cost savings.

Prior to FutureBrand Steve held senior roles at Digitas, Flytxt and Ogilvy, during which time he was responsible for numerous market leading activities, including: Lloyds TSB’s future banking solution, eBay’s global marketing automation and channel integration platform, Orange Wednesdays, mobile ticketing for Glastonbury festival, British Airways mobile communication strategy, all of American Express’s international web, email and mobile activities and many others.
