He is a frequent presenter at business service management seminars around the globe, and focuses on methods to manage increasing IT complexity.
Mr. Fiss comes to ASG from QAD, where he was a network administrator for more than six years, and was named a Key Company Contributor in 2000.
He has a degree in Electronic Engineering from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado in Brasil, and speaks more than five languages. |
